Architectural visualization is a subset of or supportive discipline of architectural design. The creation of a computer 3D model is essential and fundamental to architectural visualization. A 3D computer model is a representation of real-life space or subject in a computer program. The ability to view and manipulate the representation of the real-life subject in computer brings a wealth of possibilities and abstraction to thinking about an object of interest. Computer-aided design synthesizes a wealth of traditional skills and knowledge with computer programming.
Specific to design in general as well as architectural and urban design environment is that project, building, urban space or other subjects of the design effort is in constant flux and its final form is not fixed until before days or weeks before the final deadline. This makes the process of supporting architectural design specific and we refer to it as design visualization. Design visualization is integral in the design itself as computer tolls and techniques inform and influence the output.
WHAT PHASE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN ARE OUR 3D VISUALIZATIONS AND RENDERINGS USED:
We have provided our support for architects in all phases of design. Architectural visualization or 3D rendering is an integral part of decision making and verification in the design process. We would describe the formal architectural design process as an iterative process of visualization and decision making. Our 3D renderings and architectural animations supported architects in all phases such as architectural competition, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration.
WHAT TYPE OF PROJECTS HAVE WE WORKED ON:
We have worked on many different typology categories of projects with special focus on hospitality, commercial, residential, cultural, institutional, landscape & planning, transportation, and concepts.
